We want you to keep what you love and return what you don’t.
- 30-day returns: return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the item price.
- Cancellations: email us before your order ships (usually within 24 hours) and we will cancel it for a full refund.
- How: email support@nomadgoodies.store with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
- Refunds: processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Worn, washed or damaged items outside a manufacturing defect are not eligible. If something failed in normal use, tell us — we back our gear.
